The service

We provide free name generators and reference content for storytellers and game players. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that any specific name will appear in any specific generation.

Use of generated names

Names produced by our generators are free for any use — personal, commercial, published works, live streams, video games, novels, etc. You don't need to credit us, but we appreciate it when people do.

We pull from public-domain naming traditions and the D&D 5e SRD (Open Gaming License). We do not include trademarked names from published products. If you believe a name infringes a trademark, email us and we'll remove it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to abuse, scrape, or overload the site
• Attempt to bypass any security measures
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
